Xiao Li Engineering is committed to ensure the health and safety of its employees and community at large. We are also committed in caring for the environment by inspiring, informing and enabling nations and people to improve their quality of life without compromising that of future generations. In our pursuit of continuous improvement in achieving our goals, we prevent personal injury of our employee and third parties and also prevent environmental damages in the course of activities and services.
To realize these objectives, we shall:
- 1. Having in place documentation of our responsibilities for safety, health and environmental management system
- 2. Planning, Implementing, and maintaining safe work practices for all our employees.
- 3. Providing adequate training, information and instruction on work place safety, health and environmental hazards.
- Accentuate health, safety and pollution prevention as a responsibility of all.
- Reviewing our HSE performance periodically and learning from our past events.
- We encourage all our employee and sub-contractors for their commitment to safety, health and environmental management system to achieve International Standards and provide a positive contribution to achieve the goals.
